• By confirming your booking with BowenWorks for Healing, you are committing yourself to a session with us.
• Payment is due at the time of session unless other arrangements have been made prior to the appointment.
• Refunds:
Absolutely, no refunds for prepaid packages, gift certificates or any Bowenwork or massage service.
• Cancellation/No Show Policy:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment, except in cases of illness, emergency or inclement weather or you will be charged 50% of the fee. Cancellations 23 hours or less will result in a 100% charge.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show". They will be charged the full amount for their "missed" appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made.
If you have a gift certificate and are a "no show", your certificate becomes void and unusable.
• Your appointment time is specifically for you and any lateness on your part may be deducted from your session
